[ESL] 仮定法 (Conditional Sentences)

(第1文節) If I were you, (第2文節) I would not do so.
Conditional Sentences = a condition ( an if clause ) + a result clause

1st clause" WHEN it RAINS, IF it RAINS, IF I WERE you, IF I HAD SLEPT early precious night,

"e.g.
2nd clause" I BRING my umbrella. I WILL NOT GO to school. I WOULD GO to school. I WOULD HAVE GOTTEN a better grade on my exam.
- PRESENT tense - FUTURE tense (will / be going to) "- would (SIMPLE PAST tense)
- 'could' is also OK, but 'would' is used in 99%.
- never use 'should'" - would/ could/ might + have + p.p. (PERFECT PAST tense)
*even sth never could be happen, it will be 2nd condition unless it is about sth in past. *expressing regret

実現性が非常に高い場合 (降水確率90%とか quite sure な時) 実現性が幾分低い場合 もはや実現性がない場合
「if」の文節は現在形 「if」の文節は過去形 「if」の文節は過去分詞形
